Solution-focused Medication Questions

  1. What are some of your ideas about how you will help the medication work for you?
  2. How are you taking advantage of the medications?
  3. What are you doing to help the medication work for you?
  4. Which part of the change is the medication and which part is you?
  5. How are you using medication so that you can take advantage of your (group) therapy?
  6. What will tell you that you are continuing the make use of what you have learned about yourself by being on medication?
  7. Letís say that the changes you have made so far is 100%, how many % of the total change is due to you and how much is due to the medication?
  8. What would you keep doing that you are doing now if you decide to get off the medication? How will you know you can keep it up even without the medication?
  9. How will others notice you are taking full advantage of the medications you are taking?
